The TEMPO Golf band was successfully launched last week, with great media pickup of our press release and strong sales out of the gate. It has been quite a journey from the initial work to help fix my own tempo to where we are today, with a new commercial electronics product on the market! I thought this would be a good time to reflect on the progress to date, and where we are going moving forward.
There was a lot for me and the Tempo.golf team to learn along the way, around 10 prototypes developed, countless software revisions, and 3-d product designs. To be able to meet demand we have built relationships with manufacturers and mechanisms to scale production. We are already seeing a demand curve that will require us to move more quickly on production, which is a good thing. We’ve also expanded production capabilities this week and are automating aspects of the order fulfillment process.
On the marketing front, we have an excellent partnering relationship with a top-tier marketing agency named KM Digital. We are working together to build a social media presence, and they are behind the videos you see on our new YouTube channel. I’d encourage you to check them out if you have any marketing needs.
